Prices For Wow Painting and Decorating – Gold Coast Painters

At Wow Painting and Decorating we believe it benefits you the client to be able to see our prices up front and calculate roughly the cost of your paint job.

Following is a list of our prices which includes preparation based on surfaces that are in reasonable condition. If the surfaces require extra preparation in the way of patching, plastering or repaiir then extra will be charged.

At the same given time if the preparation is very minimal, prices will be marginally cheaper.

• When measuring up your walls don’t include any openings (windows and doors) in your measurment.

The following prices do not include GST.

Repaints

Exterior

Render (2 coats)  -  $15 per sq metre
Cladding/weatherboards (2 coats) -  $27 per sq metre
Gutters and Fascias (2 coats)  -  $18 per metre
Eaves (2 coats)  -  $13 per sq metre
Roof Restoration (3 coats)  -  $16 per sq metre
 

Interior

Ceilings (2 coats)  -  $10 per sq metre
Walls (2 coats)  -  $10 per sq metre
Walls (3 coats)  -  $12 per sq metre
Door Frames (2 coats)  -  $65 per frame
Window Frames (2 coats)  -  $65 per frame
Skirting  -  $5 per metre
Flat Doors (2 coats)  -  $60 each
Colonial Doors (2 coats) – $85 each
Feature Walls are priced according to material cost and hourly rate of the particular finish required eg. suede, pearl, ragging etc
